Yes — Buyers Club is specifically for people who are investing in the St. Louis area and want to plug into the local community.

Our in-person events are held in St. Louis, and our weekly Zoom calls are focused on topics, strategies, and vendors that are relevant to this market. Whether you live here or invest here from out of town, if your focus is St. Louis real estate, you’ll feel right at home.

This is a space to build real relationships, share market-specific insights, and grow your network with people who are investing where you are. 

Buyers Club has been a cornerstone of the St. Louis area real estate investing community since 2015. Over these years, we’ve grown from a small group of passionate investors meeting in a local coffee shop to a thriving community with hundreds of active members. Throughout our history, we’ve maintained our commitment to creating a welcoming, educational, and collaborative environment for real estate investors in the St. Louis area. Our longevity in the market speaks to the value we provide and the strong relationships we’ve built within the local real estate ecosystem.

Not at all! Buyers Club welcomes everyone from curious beginners to seasoned professionals. There’s no minimum experience level or investment portfolio required. The only prerequisite is an interest in real estate investing and a willingness to engage with our community. We value diversity of experience—having both newcomers and veterans creates the perfect learning environment for everyone. 

Many parts of Buyers Club are completely free — you can join our Facebook group, attend our weekly Buyers Club Live Zoom calls, and connect with our Trusted Vendor Team at no cost.

However, there is a small fee to attend our monthly in-person meetups, which helps us cover the space, food, and experience:

To be considered for our Trusted Vendor Team, you’ll need:

• A history of working with real estate investors
• At least three references from Buyers Club members
• A willingness to meet with Rachel or Bryan in person to make sure it’s a fit for the community

• First-time visitors: Just RSVP on our Meetup page — your fir st meeting is free!
• Returning visitors: You can pay $25 per meeting or save big with an annual membership for $125 (that’s unlimited meetups for the year).

Pro tip: If you’re planning to come to more than a few meetings, the annual membership is a no-brainer. You’ll save money and get all the perks without the hassle. 

Yes! We record our Buyers Club Live Zoom calls, and you can always find the recordings in the Buyers Club Facebook group. 

Whether you missed a call or just want to rewatch a great discussion, the replays are there whenever you need them.  

Buyers Club Live is our weekly Zoom call, held every Wednesday at 12 PM CST. It’s a casual, collaborative space where St. Louis investors come together to talk deals, share insights, and ask questions.

Each week, you can expect:

• Deal breakdowns — bring one to share or learn from others
• Live Q&A — ask anything from “Is this a good deal?” to “How do I structure this loan?”
• Occasional guest experts — local pros drop in to share tips, tools, and updates
