Our in-person events are held in St. Louis, and our weekly Zoom calls are focused on topics, strategies, and vendors that are relevant to this market. Whether you live here or invest here from out of town, if your focus is St. Louis real estate, you’ll feel right at home.

Over these years, we’ve grown from a small group of passionate investors meeting in a local coffee shop to a thriving community with hundreds of active members. Throughout our history, we’ve maintained our commitment to creating a welcoming, educational, and collaborative environment for real estate investors in the St. Louis area. Not officially — but we love it when you do! You can RSVP through our Meetup page or Facebook Event or just show up. A heads-up is always appreciated (especially when we’re ordering food 😉).

• First-time visitors: Just RSVP on our Meetup page — your first meeting is free!
• Returning visitors: You can pay $25 per meeting or save big with an annual membership for $150 (that’s unlimited meetups for the year).

Pro tip: If you’re planning to come to more than a few meetings, the annual membership is a no-brainer. You’ll save money and get all the perks without the hassle. 

Doors open at 6:00 PM, and we begin admitting attendees right at that time. Early entry is not available, so plan to arrive at 6:00 to check in, grab some food and drinks, and start networking with other investors. The main speaker presentation begins at 6:45 PM. 

Yes! Each meetup includes light food — think small bites like pizza, tamales, sandwiches, and more (the menu varies by event). Complimentary soda and water are provided, and a cash bar is also available. It’s the perfect setup to enjoy a bite and a drink while making connections with other attendees. 

No, Buyers Club meetups are not recorded. The true value comes from being in the room, learning directly from the speaker, asking questions in real time, and building relationships through face-to-face networking. If you want the full experience, you’ll need to show up in person. 

Buyers Club meetups welcome a wide range of people. You’ll meet everyone from beginners who are just curious about real estate investing to seasoned professionals with 20+ years of experience and everyone in between. The mix creates a valuable learning and networking environment for investors at all levels. 

No, Buyers Club does not host a meetup in December. We typically meet on the third Thursday of every month, but take a break for the holiday season and resume regular meetups in January. 

Our Trusted Vendor List is a curated group of contractors, lenders, insurance agents, property managers, and other service providers who work with real estate investors in the St. Louis area. These vendors have been vetted by our team and recommended by members of the Buyers Club community.

They’re people we know, like, and trust — and we’ve seen them show up and deliver.
