There are few people in the Saint Louis area who have been hands on rehabbing more houses than Nick Thiele over the past seven years. This experience has appropriately given him the title, The Rehabber.
With this boots on the ground knowledge there is no one that could better teach you the ins and outs of the rehabbing process. This includes:
- Finding and hiring the right contractors
- Understanding when to pull permits and when you don’t need to
- How to deal with city inspectors
- Payment expectations from quality contractors
- Determining when to spend the money to upgrade something and when it doesn’t pay to
Nick will go over one of his recent flips, showing before and after photos and just talking through the construction process in detail.
